Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments EU Regulation 679/2016;

We inform you that the data that you provide to the operator of this site when filling out the "contact form" (also called the form mail) of the site itself, will be treated in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments EU regulation 679/2016, Code regarding the protection of personal data.

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing site visitors to contact, if they so wish, the site manager, by sending an email to the manager via the aforementioned form.

This information concerns the personal data sent by the user when completing the contact form.

We inform you of the fact that the data that you will voluntarily provide through the form will be turned into an email that will eventually be stored in the email receipt system used by the site owner.

This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from your site navigation be recorded.

However, the refusal to grant access for the purposes referred to in art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website manager through the contact form made available on the site.

The personal data collected through the contact form will be sent via email to the manager of this website: who will be the data controller.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data, and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request updating, integration or the correction (art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/03) and subsequent amendments EU regulation 679/2016.

Pursuant to the same article, the user has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to oppose its processing for legitimate reasons.

6. DURATION OF TREATMENT

The processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.
